An Important Update We've Been Waiting to Share

For months many of you have been asking questions about why this project has taken so long, and we are finally able to give you a proper answer.
Macroverse is in the middle of a federal lawsuit with Adam Fortier, our former Head of Publishing, Ross Richie, the founder and former CEO of BOOM! Studios, Golden Age comics dealer, Harley Yee and others.
Frustratingly, this has directly impacted our ability to deliver on both the Pre-Code Horror and Archie lines of Authentic Editions. While we remain committed to delivering these, timelines remain uncertain while the legal situation is ongoing.

Happy belated New Years Backers - We hope it's been a good one so far.
TLDR: Big multiple updates early next week. We held this week’s post to make sure we give you complete, accurate info across all categories.
What’s upcoming:
Damages and replacements: We are within a day or two of announcing the process and options for anyone who received damaged books. This will be the first item next week.
Remaining books and sets: Status and next steps for any additional items you ordered, including Basically Everything and Everything Everything packages.

TL;DR
Wishing you a very happy holidays and a happy New Year.
Two open items are in motion:
1) damaged replacements
Replacements: we are waiting on a full warehouse accounting, then we will publish the plan. Target: early January.
2) schedule for the rest of the collection.
Remaining sets schedule: coordinating with printer and fulfillment. Target: mid-January for a concrete timeline update.
If you have reported damage, you are not ignored or forgotten. We will make it right.
A quick status update:
We know there are still a couple of open threads. The biggest are how we will handle damaged or replacement issues and the production and fulfillment plan for the rest of the collection.
Damaged or replacement copies
We are still waiting on a complete count from the fulfillment center so we can design a fair, replacement process. Holidays and warehouse workload slowed this down. Expect our replacement plan and next steps in early January. If you have emailed [email protected] - you are in the queue.
The rest of the collection
We are finalizing the run order and scheduling with the printer and fulfillment. We expect to share a concrete timeline by mid-January, along with what we are doing to smooth the process as much as possible.
